Ningyuan is a three-story building with a garden. It was built in early 1945. Ningyuan is located in the southwest and faces the northeast. The main building has a spacious balcony facing the street on each floor. It was one of the few ‘granite buildings’ in Guangzhou Bay at that time. It is also an old building in Guangzhou Bay that has been well protected so far.
