Niu Ya Mountain features two peaks, with the taller one commonly known as Ma Tou Ding, standing at 702 meters high. The secondary peak is Niu Ya Mountain itself. Between these two peaks, there is a long arc that resembles a horse saddle, hence the alternative name, Ma An Shan.
At the summit, there is an observation deck that offers a panoramic view of the entire scenic area, showcasing a spectacular vista.
