The Nüwa Temple is located at the junction of Caodui Street and Rua da Santa Clara in Macau. When walking from Senado Square to the Ruins of St. Paul, you will pass by here. The temple building is not particularly special and is similar to ordinary houses. The main entrance originally faced Rua da Santa Clara. Nowadays, the open space in front of the temple is the former site of the shrine. The back of the temple is connected to a fabric store. In the winter of 1914, the main hall of the temple was destroyed due to a fire in the fabric store. Later, as it could not be rebuilt, only half of the temple remains. After renovation, the ‘Lingyan Temple’ was built beside it. Opening hours: Open from 08:00 to 15:00 all year round. The specific business status is subject to the opening situation on that day.
