Our Lady of Fatima Church, which began in 1929 and was reconstructed in 1967, serves the residents of Taipa District in northern Macau. The church is situated in a tranquil compound, featuring a modern design with spacious steps leading up to the church. Inside, the red brick walls are adorned with a wooden cross, and the ceiling is decorated with intricate patterns, including a crown motif above the main altar. The main entrance is finely carved.
The interior of the church is vibrant, with a variety of colorful glass patterns that evoke a cheerful atmosphere. On the altar, there is a statue of the Holy Mother and Child, and the church also houses a statue of Our Lady of Fatima. The annual pilgrimage of Our Lady of Fatima on May 13th starts from this church. Opening hours are Tuesday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM; and Sundays from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
