The Guangzhou Metro Museum is one of the’social livelihood infrastructure construction projects from 2015 to 2016′ funded and initiated by the Guangzhou municipal government. It is constructed by the Guangzhou Metro Group. The purpose is to promote popular science education for teenagers and enrich the cultural life of citizens. This museum gathers the superior resources of 36 Guangzhou metro construction participating units. With popular science knowledge as the core, it creates a digital metro experience space and integrates exhibitions, education, interaction and entertainment. Opening hours: Tuesday to Friday throughout the year, open from 10:00 to 16:00; Monday throughout the year, closed all day; Saturday and Sunday throughout the year, open from 09:00 to 17:00.
