The Phoenix Island Tourism and Resort Area is located in the southeast of Qingdao Economic and Technological Development Zone, surrounded by the sea on three sides, connected to the mainland on the northwest side, and facing the old city of Qingdao across the sea to the east. It covers an area of approximately 27.2 square kilometers, with a coastline stretching over 54 kilometers.
Being one of the six major tourism sectors in Qingdao’s overall plan, Phoenix Island Tourism and Resort Area is an integral part of Qingdao’s coastal scenic belt and is also a tourist resort with significant development value and potential in Shandong Province. It is open all day, every day from January 1st to December 31st.
