Pablo Picasso, throughout his life, created 37,000 works of art. Some say his artistic career is akin to a history of art, illuminating the entire 20th century. At the ‘Qingdao Picasso Imagination Workshop Art Exhibition’, we are also treated to a visual and soul-stirring art feast, experiencing firsthand his inexhaustible creativity.
Eight major thematic exhibition areas, seven major artistic chapters, and nearly a thousand square meters of exhibition space showcase Picasso’s manuscripts and prints. The seven major artistic chapters include Picasso’s childhood, his learning years, the Blue and Rose periods, Cubism, Surrealism, the Mediterranean period, and his later years. The exhibition is open from December 21st to May 5th, from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
