Picturesque Tour: Built during the Qianlong period. In 1860, it was burned down by the Anglo-French allied forces. It was rebuilt during the Guangxu period. It is an important scenic building in the western part of Longevity Hill. As the building is built against the mountain with a wide view, viewing along the corridor makes people feel as if they are in a painting, hence the name ‘Picturesque Tour’.
