Pu Xiaoyue, an artist born in 1997, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is based in Beijing. Her primary mediums include photography and edible material sculptures, and she contributes articles to the independent magazine DEMO. Her photographic series include ‘Plankton’, ‘Mandota Lake’, and ‘Perhaps, Berries’. Her works have been published in French Fisheye magazine, Denmark’s Tofu Collective website, and exhibited at the Memorial Union Main Gallery in Wisconsin, USA, as well as the White Space in the 798 Art District in Beijing. In 2021, she co-hosted an exhibition titled ‘Itch’ with American luxury retail space AUGUST and participated in two editions of the PhoPho Fair at Three Shadows. The exhibition is open from November 29th to February 16th, with specific business hours subject to daily opening conditions.
