The Guanyin Hall, also known as Puji Chan Monastery, was constructed during the late Ming Dynasty. The main structure consists of three interconnected halls, each extending deep into three sections with side doors for mutual access.
The first hall of the Guanyin Hall is the Mahavira Hall, which is grand and solemn, housing three statues of the Three Jewels Buddha; the second section is the Longevity Buddha Hall, dedicated to the Longevity Buddha; the rear hall is the main Guanyin Hall, enshrining a camphor wood carving of the Guanyin Bodhisattva on a lotus platform.
Open all year round from 07:30 to 17:00, with specific business status subject to the day’s opening conditions.
