Qi City Cultural Scenic Area is a free public park located in Puyang City, serving as a leisure and entertainment venue for local residents. It was once a significant city during the Spring and Autumn period of the Wei Kingdom, with fifteen alliances among various feudal states held here from 626 BC to 531 BC, seven of which took place in this very location.
The entire scenic area includes a replica of the Qin-Han style Que Gate, a replica of the ancient-style Zhuanxu Xuan Palace, a replica of the Tang Dynasty architectural style Long Palace, a replica of the Han Dynasty architectural style Historical Exhibition Hall, a replica of the Ming-Qing architectural style Zilu Tomb Temple, reflecting the cultural atmosphere of the Wei Kingdom during the Spring and Autumn and Warring States periods in the ‘Sang Jian Pu Shang’ Garden, and the ‘Historical Famous Battle Miniature Landscape’ depicting the ancient battlefields of Puyang.

Additionally, there are a reclining sculpture of Hua Xu, the mother of Fuxi, and the Fuxi Pavilion, as well as the Nine Tripod Cauldrons cast by Xia Hou Qi in Kunwu and the Cauldron Casting Pavilion, among other ancient-style buildings. These structures have been reconstructed in recent years.

After thousands of years of vicissitudes, there are no remaining above-ground structures from that time, except for a rammed earth platform on the east side of the scenic area, which is the site of the ancient alliance altar. Today, it is more like a public green space within the city, where residents enjoy taking their children for walks and play. The park is open from 8:00 to 18:00 all year round.
