Established in 2013, Qingdao Gobo Sailing Club at the Olympic Sailing Center is now a branch of the American Sailing Association (ASA), offering sailing skills certification. The club focuses on youth sailing education, sailing summer camps, sailing competitions, sailing learning certification, and the planning and execution of sailing extension activities. It has undertaken various sports events, hosts multiple winter and summer camps annually, and has provided sailing team training and team-building activities for many enterprises and schools, boasting rich service experience with an emphasis on detail and customer experience. The company has introduced professional talents dedicated to making professional sports competitions accessible and standardized, allowing more people to participate in once unattainable professional sailing races to experience the thrill of competitive sailing. The location for this sailing learning is the Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center, situated by the Fushan Bay in the eastern new district of Qingdao, a national 4A-level tourist attraction and a national coastal tourism and leisure demonstration area. The 29th Olympic Games and the 13th Paralympic Games’ sailing competitions were held here, and it successfully hosted the SCO Qingdao Summit in June 2018. The Olympic Sailing Center receives millions of visitors each year and is one of Qingdao’s famous landmark tourist attractions.
