The former site of the Qingdao International Club is a German Jugendstil style club building. With a construction area of 1891 square meters, it is made of brick, stone, and wood. The building consists of two above-ground floors and one underground floor, along with an attic. It features a German three-part design with an irregular plan. The foundation is made of granite rough stones, with a folded slope roof and air vents. The main facade, facing south, has a corner treatment, making the building elegant and aesthetically pleasing. Currently, there are plans to transform it into an international club, with the construction of a German-style beer garden and museum, among other leisure venues. It is open all year round, with the exterior accessible 24/7.
