Qingdao Mei Garden is nestled within the picturesque Shimen’an Scenic Area, surrounded by mountains on three sides and water on one. It has been designated as the ‘Hometown of Chinese Plum Blossoms’ by the Ministry of Agriculture.
The garden features attractions such as the Fragrant Pavilion, Cliff Inscriptions, Mei Terrace, Tiger Saw, and the Fragrant Stream Pavilion.
Here, visitors can enjoy plum blossoms in winter and spring, camellias after the plums, lotus flowers in summer, and osmanthus and chrysanthemums in autumn, truly living up to the saying ‘not a day without flowers in a year’.
