Qingjing Mosque, originally established during the Northern Song Dynasty, is one of the oldest existing Islamic temples in China founded by Arab Muslims. Recognized as one of the ‘Top Ten Famous Temples in China’ in the 1990s, it has been listed as a national key cultural relics protection unit since March 1963.
The mosque has withstood the test of time for over a millennium and holds significant influence both domestically and internationally.
Opening Hours: From November 1st to April 30th, it is open from 09:00 to 17:15; from May 1st to October 31st, it is open from 09:00 to 17:45.
Mandatory Visitor Tips:
1. Entry is by ticket only; Qingjing Mosque is open to the public for visits.
2. Alcohol and alcoholic beverages are prohibited from being brought into the mosque.
3. Pork and pork products are not allowed inside the mosque.
4. Pets are not permitted to enter the mosque for visits.
5. Individuals who are intoxicated, or have no capacity or limited capacity for behavior without the accompaniment of a guardian are not allowed to enter.
6. Women are not allowed to enter wearing sleeveless, backless, navel-exposing, short pants, dresses (with the hem above the knees), or low-cut tops.
7. Men with disheveled clothing or exposing their chests and backs are not allowed to enter the mosque.
