Qinglongqiao Station

The Qinglongqiao Railway Station is located in Yanqing District, Beijing, at the foot of Badaling. It is a small railway station on the Beijing-Baotou Railway (formerly the Beijing-Zhangjiakou Railway) and has a close relationship with Zhan Tianyou, the father of Chinese railways. Zhan Tianyou and his wife Tan Juzhen are buried near the Qinglongqiao Railway Station. Here, there is also a bronze statue of Zhan Tianyou and a Zhan Tianyou Memorial Hall.

The railway station is located at the top of the herringbone line of the Beijing-Zhangjiakou Railway. It was built in the 31st year of Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty (1905). After more than 100 years, it still maintains its original appearance and is one of the representatives of modern industrial relics in China. In addition to admiring this century-old railway station, tourists come here to wait and watch the S2 train from Beijing to Yanqing turn back here.
