Qingshanhu Science and Technology City is a significant project in Zhejiang’s efforts to build a strong province in science and technology and an innovative province. It is also a core component of the Hangzhou West Sci-Tech Innovation Industry Cluster.
The planned area of Qingshanhu Science and Technology City is 115 square kilometers, divided into four major functional zones. The research and development zone covers an area of 5 square kilometers, with a core area of 2.07 square kilometers, which will gather a large number of scientific research institutions and R&D talents upon completion. The industrialization zone spans 40 square kilometers, serving as a hub for high-end industries and high-tech enterprises. The modern service and comprehensive living support zone covers 25 square kilometers, attracting corporate headquarters, intermediary agencies, and modern service industries.
