The Jiuwan Xianxia Scenic Area is about 45 kilometers away from Qingtian County. It is a typical water-eroded canyon. It is in a ‘V’ shape. The canyon scenic area is 8 kilometers in length and has a total area of about 5.3 square kilometers. The canyon is mainly famous for its stones, caves, pools, waterfalls and cliffs. The upper rock wall has an area of about 1,000 square meters. It is slightly concave in the middle and has ponded water, like a plate. The water flows along the rock wall like a slide. The rock wall is about 1.5 meters high, 1 meter wide and has a slope of about 45 degrees. The rock wall is smooth. The lower rock wall has an area of about 2,000 square meters. It is slightly concave in the middle and has ponded water in the middle. The scenic area is surrounded by cliffs. The scenery is beautiful. The forest coverage rate is very high. The vegetation is mainly evergreen broad-leaved forest, coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest and bamboo forest. There are many wild flowers and grasses on the mountain. The downstream of the river is covered with colored stones in various colors such as red, yellow, blue and white. They seem to float or sink. They are resplendent. The scenery is different in spring, summer, autumn and winter.
