The Qingyuan Cultural Center currently open to the public for free includes the small theater on the first floor and the public cultural exhibition hall; the intangible cultural heritage exhibition halls on the second and third floors; the instrumental music room, art room, calligraphy room, multi-functional lecture room, handicraft room and other functional rooms on the fourth floor; the offices of various departments on the fifth floor, the Cultural Appointment Room, Qingyuan Study, calligraphy and painting creation room, and conference room; the dance rehearsal room and comprehensive rehearsal room on the sixth floor.
