The tomb is located in the north of Shuitou Village on the outskirts of Haikou City. It is built beside the mountain, facing south and north, facing the emperor in the capital to show loyalty. The tomb courtyard is about 2,500 square meters. Now it has been built into a cultural relic protection unit with the characteristics of a cemetery garden in Hainan in the Ming Dynasty, integrating exhibition, protection research, leisure tourism, and multi-functional development. The main tomb is made of stone, with a dome and a height of 6 meters. The tomb foundation is divided into 6 layers with a total of 16 steps. The base has eight trigrams. Between the eight trigrams is the symbol ‘##’ (ten thousand), which represented auspicious meaning in ancient times. In front of the tomb stands a stone tablet about 4.4 meters high. There are two dancing dragons carved on the top. On the left and right edges are patterns such as green pines, cranes, and auspicious clouds. At the top of the stele is the four characters ‘Imperial Decree Burial’. In the middle is inscribed: ‘Qiu Gong, Doctor of Guanglu, Grand Guardian of the State, Junior Guardian, Minister of the Ministry of Household Affairs, Grand Scholar of Wuyingdian, Specially Bestowed as Grand Tutor of the Left Guardian State, Posthumous Title: Wenzhuang. Tomb of Wu Shi, Wife, who is Bestowed as First-Rank Lady by Imperial Decree’ (buried together as husband and wife). About 2 meters in front of the tombstone is a stone altar with an incense burner and stone candlesticks. Open all year round and open all day.
