Qixianling Hot Spring National Forest Park is located on the northeast side of Baoting Li and Miao Autonomous County. It consists of two parts: the hot spring area and the forest area. Its charm lies in hot springs, peculiar peaks, ethnic customs and tropical rural scenery. Qixianling Hot Spring National Forest Park is mainly divided into three tourist areas: Qixianling National Park experience tour, tropical rainforest exploration tour, and adventure climbing tour.

The seven peaks of Qixianling stand upright like human palms and fingers, pointing directly at the sky. Like fairies standing, the name of the ridge is thus obtained. The front peak is tall, with an altitude of 1126 meters. The latter six peaks are small and depend on each other. The climate in the Qixianling area is mild and moist. The annual average temperature is 23 degrees Celsius. The whole mountain is densely covered with original tropical rainforests and is a natural kingdom of animals and plants.

When the morning mist covers, Qixianling in the distance is exactly like seven sisters standing upright in tulle, dignified and graceful; near noon, the clouds and mist dissipate. At this time, Qixianling is like seven sharp swords pointing directly at the sky. The momentum is very majestic.

Must-see tips: 1. The suitable period for climbing is from November to April of each year. It is recommended to avoid the rainy season from May to October. 2. Generally, only the front peak and the second peak are climbed in Qixianling. Most of the climbing paths are paved with stone steps. However, the stone steps cannot reach the top of the ridge directly. The ‘road’ to the top is a several tens of meters long cliff. Now there is a free climbing area where you can climb up along it. 3. It generally takes about four hours to climb to the top and then descend to the foot of the mountain. You can prepare some water and dry food on the way.
