Qi Zi Bay is a coastal area in Changjiang Li Autonomous County, Hainan, featuring both gentle sandy beaches and rugged rocky beaches. It is also home to variously shaped chess piece-like stones, making the scenery quite unique.
Qi Zi Bay is quiet and less crowded, with clear seawater that is transparent to the bottom, fine and soft sea sand, and connected to the rocky beaches. Strolling along the coastline offers a constantly changing view, which is very interesting.
The rocky beach is characterized by its rugged stones, resembling a ‘stone forest by the sea’ in its majestic beauty. Among them, the Chess Piece Basket is a concentrated spot for the chess piece-like stones on the beach, where variously shaped and colored pebbles, such as white and earth-red, are scattered. Under the wash of the seawater, they appear crystal clear and very distinctive.
