Quancheng Square is located in Jinan, the capital city of Shandong Province. It is adjacent to the moat. To the west, it is connected to Baotu Spring and Wulongtan Park. To the east, it is adjacent to Black Tiger Spring. It is only about 1 kilometer away from Daming Lake in the north. The geographical location is quite good. Meeting points for outings of friends are often chosen here. There are also many large shopping malls and restaurants around Quancheng Square. It can be said that you can not only travel here, but also shop and enjoy delicious food. Quancheng is an alias of Jinan. The design of the entire square is closely related to the theme of ‘spring’. There are long and narrow green belts on the north and south sides. In the middle sits the spring symbol. The blue towering steel sculpture and the iron bead in the middle form the shape of the seal character ‘spring’. You can take a photo here. The Shandong Science and Technology Museum at the east end is suitable for tourists with children. Children can learn a lot of popular science knowledge inside. On the square, you can often see local citizens relaxing and having fun here, feeding pigeons, flying kites, and roller skating. In the evening, there are more citizens and it becomes even more lively. The lotus music fountain in the east of Quancheng Square has a lotus statue in the middle. The fountain surrounding the lotus will change into different shapes. Each fountain show lasts about 30 minutes. The fountain at night is particularly beautiful. The lights keep changing and it is suitable for taking night scenes. It is also a good place to enjoy the cool in summer nights. The circular arc-shaped cultural corridor at the east end can be climbed to the top and has a good view. You can take panoramic photos of the fountain and Quancheng Square. Taking a walk along the moat close to the square on the north side is also a good choice. At the east end, there is also the Quancheng Square cruise ship station where you can take a cruise ship to enjoy the scenery of the moat. The moat cruise ship has a total of 10 stops: Black Tiger Spring Station, Quancheng Square Station, Baotu Spring Station, Wulongtan Station, Southwest Gate Station of Daming Lake, Jiaxuan Ancestral Temple Station of Daming Lake, Sijia Wharf Station, Chaoran Tower Station, Zhichun Bridge Station, and Qinglong Bridge Station. It costs 10 yuan per person per stop and 100 yuan for the whole journey. There is Ginza Shopping Plaza underground in Quancheng Square, with McDonald’s, 85°C, Nike, Adidas, etc. The entrance is on the east side of the blue spring symbol. If you walk more than 200 meters north to Quancheng Road parallel to the square, there are large shopping malls such as Guihe Commercial Building, Henglong Plaza, and Taifu Plaza on both sides of the street. Furong Street, a fork road of Quancheng Road, is full of gourmet shops. Whether you want to eat snacks or have a full meal, you can be satisfied here. Open all year round, open all day.
