Quanxi Hall is located at No. 208, West Street, Quanzhou City. In 1895 (the 21st year of the Guangxu reign of the Qing Dynasty), it was jointly planned and built by Reverend Wen Gaoneng and other colleagues from the British Presbyterian Church. The following year, it became an independent West Street congregation. At first, a rented ancient civilian house was used. It was not until 1925 that a chapel integrating Chinese and Western styles with a civil brick structure was completed.

This architectural style combines Minnan culture (decorating the facade and columns with striped fair – faced bricks, as well as horse – tooth eaves and strip – stone foundations) with Gothic style (spire bell tower, arc – arched louver windows), which won the favor of modern architecture experts (in the 1990s). They proposed to protect it as a key cultural relic. The opening hours are all day, every day throughout the year.

The exterior is open all day.
