Quanzhou Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum Introduction

In the Quanzhou Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum, you can admire numerous precious intangible cultural heritage exhibits.
The Quanzhou Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum has 36 intangible cultural heritage items, with 22 items on physical display. These include Quanzhou color paper binding, Quanzhou lanterns, Dehua porcelain carving, Hui’an stone carving, lacquer thread carving, Lushanguo Buddha carving, tin carving, Dacheng cloth carving, Li Yaobao paper cutting, Yongchun paper weaving painting, Jiang Jiazou puppet head carving, Lin Cunzhong paper binding, Jinjiang mud and gold thread painting, Huian women’s clothing, Xunpu women’s customs, Jin Cang embroidery, Yongchun lacquer basket, Quanzhou bamboo weaving, Shishi pith paper painting, Hui’an wood carving, drama masks, and Quangang Fuchuan boat, etc. There are more than 400 exhibits in total.


Among the many exhibits, there are over 50 irreproducible fine folk craft works and more than 20 works by master craftsmen.


Opening hours: It is open from 09:00 – 12:30 and 13:30 – 17:00, Tuesday to Sunday throughout the year. Reservations need to be made in advance on the WeChat official account. The specific business status is subject to the opening situation on the day.
