To the left of the meditation room is a building. On the upper floor, the statue of Guanyin Bodhisattva of Universal Gate is enshrined. On the lower floor is a lecture hall. There is a ‘Huai Pavilion’ on the east side, which means missing and returning facing the Western Paradise. Around Qushui Nunnery, bamboos are planted by the water. The long river winds around and forms a release pond. This is one of the eight scenic spots of Qushui, ‘Feeding fish in the living pond’. There are lotus flowers planted in the release pond, plum blossoms planted at the corners of the house, and chrysanthemums planted beside the bamboo pole.
