The building at No. 2-6 Shamian Street is commonly known as the Red Chamber. It was originally the Customs Foreign and Chinese Staff Club. It has three floors. It is built with red bricks. There are spire attics on the south and north sides. It imitates the 19th-century British romantic architectural style.
