Ren Quan is a small spring in Jinan, the spring city of Shandong Province. It is located west of Pipa Bridge, on the north bank of the southern moat and northwest of Nan Zhenzhu Spring. Ren Quan is built with bluestone. The water flows into the river from the gaps in the masonry layers and belongs to the ‘Heihu Spring Group’. The spring water flows into the moat. On the north wall of the spring pool, there is a stone inscription of the spring name, written by calligrapher Hu Lianzhu.
