Ren Yizhen was in the fierce battle for Miaoxing in Shanghai. He took the lead, was fearless, charged ahead, and heroically fought the enemy. On February 19th, he unfortunately sacrificed heroically at the Zhuyuan Dun position in Miaoxing, Shanghai. At that time, he was 27 years old. In 1938, local people and Ren Yizhen’s relatives used the pension to build the ‘Ren Yizhen Memorial Pavilion’ on the Ren family’s land in Xi’an Village.
