Rizhao Ocean Park is located in the core area of Rizhao’s coastal tourism, consisting of the Sunshine Ocean Hall, Four Seasons Flower and Bird Garden, AR Time Travel, and other entertainment facilities, as well as a luxury-level ocean-themed resort hotel and a distinctive ocean-themed commercial street. The Sunshine Ocean Hall showcases over 300 species of marine life, covering the display content of traditional marine parks in China. Its uniqueness lies in the innovative display methods, emphasizing the theme of sunlight and open-space design, allowing animals to breathe natural air and swim in sunlight: first, by keeping animals in open air, enabling interaction with visitors and reducing the distance between them; second, by using transparent glass domes to let sunlight into the hall, illuminating the water, penetrating it, and combining with lighting effects to provide visitors with a dreamlike viewing experience, achieving the real-life effect of ‘illuminating the sea in your heart’.

In addition to two underwater tunnels, the hall features multiple innovative exhibition areas where visitors can have a 0-degree direct view, a 90-degree upward view of animals swimming in sunlight, a -90-degree downward view, and a 360-degree panoramic view… A 720-degree visual experience as if being at the seabed. Particularly in the school pool tunnel, visitors can experience the awe-inspiring scene of fish swimming overhead.

The Four Seasons Flower and Bird Garden is an innovative natural ecological tourism experience project, displaying thousands of species of flowers, rare birds, fish, and cute pets, creating a harmonious garden where humans and nature coexist in a poetic environment. Outdoor Aviary Theater features rare performances of parrots, toucans, and birds of prey, with each ‘airborne spirit’ providing interesting and thrilling viewing and interactive experiences for visitors.
