Runfeng Tower, located in Raoyang, was constructed during the reign of Emperor Daoguang in the Qing Dynasty. The architecture is characterized by its two-gate, two-ring layout, which is circular in shape, compact in structure, and exquisite in design.
Apart from the tower itself, there are additional buildings such as Simadi, Rulin Di, Diaoqin Zhai, and Guangye Xuan, which contribute to the significance of Runfeng Tower among the many Hakka earth buildings in Raoyang County.
