The Shinto is the only way to Dayu Mausoleum. The ‘dragon bar’ made of bronze lies across the crossing. According to the mausoleum system of ancient emperors, civil officials get off their sedan chairs here and military officials dismount here to worship the mausoleum. The’stirrup posts’ on both sides are for officials to tie their horses. Behind the ‘dragon bar’ is the ‘Dayu Mausoleum Memorial Archway’, which was built in 1995. There are three big characters ‘Dayu Mausoleum’ in the middle of the archway plaque. On the Shinto, there are twelve pairs of stone animal sacrifices in turn, including Pixiu, Tianlu, Longma, giant elephant, Xiezhi, lying ox, stone tiger, yellow bear, three-legged turtle, nine-tailed fox, wild boar and Yinglong, leaving many moving legends.
