Santai Yunshui is adjacent to Yanggong Causeway in the east, Santai Mountain Road in the west, Wuguitan Scenic Area in the north, and Hupao Road in the south. It has the dual features of Zhejiang mountains and Jiangnan water towns. Among the surrounding mountains and waters, there are many cultural landscapes. The more significant scenic spot is the burial place of Yu Qian, a national hero in the Ming Dynasty.

‘The clouds over the mountains are vast, the river is mighty. The demeanor of the gentleman is as lofty as a mountain and as long as a river.’ This is a famous sentence from ‘Records of Mr. Yan’s Shrine’ by Fan Zhongyan, a writer in the Song Dynasty, praising Yan Ziling, a lofty scholar in the Eastern Han Dynasty. From south to northwest, Santai Yunshui is composed of three main areas: Yuhu Bay, Santai Dreamland, and Yu Qian’s Tomb and Shrine.

Santai Dreamland is composed of residential-style buildings such as Lingquan Immortal Hall, Tianxiang Fayu, Xuehang, and Xianxian Hall. Especially Xuehang is a thatched pavilion built by the water. Standing on the Xijin Bridge and looking at Xuefang from a distance is like a small boat parked by the water. Reeds surround the shore, presenting a unique charm.

Opening hours: Open all day throughout the year.
