There is a lake in the scenic area. It is shallow in the middle and deep on both sides. At the front end of the lake is a grand canyon with numerous gullies and precipitous terrain. The lake water flows towards the canyon. At the exit of the canyon, there is a huge rock in the shape of a giant tortoise. It is overlooking the abyss below and looking up at the sky. This is the famous scenery of ‘Tortoise Gazing at the Moon’.
