In the waters of Sanyu Wo Bo Sea Lake, there are two small islands. One stands alone, while the other two stand side by side, forming a ‘pin’ shape, akin to three large plates. The island opposite is called Sanpan Island, from which the name originates. The islands are lush with greenery, the rocks are dark red-brown, and the surrounding white waves gently lap against them, creating a vivid contrast.

The Fishermen’s Paradise is located in the maritime area of the small port of Sanpan Island and is a leisure fishing venue converted from traditional fish cages. Visitors can fish, drink tea, play chess, and taste fresh seafood. During the day, one can fish within the paradise and then cook their own catch.

The artillery battery, a remnant near the Fishermen’s Paradise on the mountainside, was built during the Tongzhi era of the Qing Dynasty (1862-1874). The site is rectangular, measuring 9.4 meters in length and 6.5 meters in width, covering an area of approximately 60 square meters. Currently, there remain two sections of the walls, with gun ports at the bottom.

The specific operating hours and business status are subject to the day’s opening conditions.
