Born in New York in 1969, Jesse Harris studied classical piano and guitar from a young age. In the mid-1990s, he began recording with Once Blue (EMI Records), marking his first collaboration in composing for other singers. Since then, he has worked with dozens of artists and released 14 solo albums. After 2003, Jesse Harris’s collaboration with Norah Jones became even more frequent. In 2021, Harris collaborated with Brazilian guitarist/singer Vinicius Cantuaria to release ‘Surpresa’, with the participation of Melody Gardot, Bill Frisell, Jeremy Gustin and others.
