The performances are scheduled for November 12th (Tuesday), 13th (Wednesday), 15th (Friday), 16th (Saturday), 17th (Sunday), 19th (Tuesday), 20th (Wednesday), 22nd (Friday), 23rd (Saturday), and 24th (Sunday), 2024.
Shanghai Stadium will be the venue for this unparalleled event with a giant LED sphere, 13,000 pieces of 16K pixels, a must-see stage design, and a 650 million yuan investment in software and hardware. Counting 25 years, 9 albums, 3 concert films, 2 documentary films, and 12 theme tours, all are marks of Mayday’s life born from music and living for LIVE. Over 25 years, Mayday has consistently brought happiness through LIVE, accumulating a total of 525 large-scale concerts by the end of 2023, coincidentally matching the ‘5’ and ’25’ symbols of Mayday’s 25th anniversary, echoing the ‘5525’ number.
Mayday’s 25th Anniversary Tour Concert, ‘Back to That Day’, commenced in Taichung, traveling through Kaohsiung, Hong Kong, Beijing, Shenzhen, Taiyuan, Wuhan, Chengdu, Shanghai, and other cities filled with memories, covering 57 performances and engaging over 2.5 million people in a timeline of moving moments. Among these, the unprecedented 10 consecutive performances at Beijing’s Bird’s Nest set a new high, achieving a perfect score and breaking the record with 30 performances and 3 million attendees at the Bird’s Nest, thanks to the support and companionship of every music lover. Mayday’s legendary concert篇章 is extraordinary and precious because of your two-way dedication. In collaboration with B.Y. Creation and Xiancao Image, they have recreated an ‘unstoppable’ audio-visual sensory experience with 13,000 LED spherical screens that transform in 360 degrees, following the 25-year musical trajectory of Mayday. The setlist includes representative songs from their first album ‘Mayday’s First Creation Album’ to their ninth album ‘Autobiography’, each song representing ‘a Mayday song in everyone’s heart’.

The stage, once again created in partnership with B.Y. Creation and Xiancao Image, features a massive LED spherical ‘Time Machine Beyond the Sky’ on the main stage, with five floating ‘Children of God All Jumping 5 Balls’ for visual extension, all made up of 13,000 specially custom-made, 360-degree surround three-dimensional curved surface spherical LED display screens. The visual system is planned with a Disguise multimedia server that integrates and outputs a total width of 16K pixels, presenting the most exquisite picture quality and creating an ‘unparalleled’ audio-visual effect, making it a memorable and touching performance.
