This is a year of extremely rich information for Bisiugroup. With the belief that ‘our music will change your senses’, they released the first remix album ‘E-Mei Entire Piece’ with sparks and lightning at the beginning of the year. Bisiugroup rewrote familiar classic masterpieces, allowing the post-Renaissance of the 21st century to fission in the dizzy slow-rock rhythm. Not long ago, an advance single once again changed styles and serialized a four-act short drama on social media platforms, humorously announcing the official return of guitarist Xiuqi, and at the same time revealing that the self-titled new album and tour are coming soon… Formed in their student days, in the ninth year since their formation and after releasing five albums, suddenly a self-titled album is born, which is surprising. But because it is Bisiugroup that is always in the process of self-searching and changing, it is just right. Always singing old-generation romance with new voices. This time, there is no need to deliberately trace back time. The return of the five of us upgrades the cyber-Taiwanese aesthetic again, giving birth to the tour for the release of Bisiugroup’s self-titled album. The album is a work, and the performance is themselves. Maybe you have been following them since the initial EP. You witnessed last year’s ‘Beautiful Show’ tour with thousands of people. We have become Bisiugroup with the youth before turning thirty. ‘Bisiugroup’s Self-titled Album’ is like we cut and paste this story into an album. And this album’s release tour is like a formal occasion where we stand in front of the podium with this album to express ourselves. We hope everyone can get to know this orchestra that we all like. If you already know us, since when? Is it when we were playing in chaos wearing blue and white flip-flops? Or when we were making a lot of noise all over in bright red? Or when we were wearing futuristic fashion and standing on a big stage? For us, Bisiugroup was originally a college final assignment, and then it became an opportunity to be heard. This opportunity was followed by a high-risk choice. The result of the choice is a job with no turning back. But in fact, it is an orchestra. We have changed from classmates to band members, band members to colleagues, colleagues to friends, and friends to colleagues several times. In the end, this wonderful relationship is like family.
