Performance: One Voice Children’s Choir, originating from Utah, USA, began as a group of children who met through singing at the 2002 Winter Olympics. After their performance, at the children’s strong request, the choir did not disband but was preserved and officially named One Voice Children’s Choir in the summer of 2005. Currently, the choir consists of 180 children aged 4-17 from around the world who love music and enjoy singing in a choir. They hope to inspire and uplift the world with the power of children’s voices.The founder and conductor of the choir, Masa Fukuda, is an internationally renowned composer, arranger, and producer. Each song of the One Voice Children’s Choir is tailored by him, including not only original songs but also uniquely styled adaptations. From traditional hymns to current popular hits, the various cross-genre mixes have made the One Voice Children’s Choir stand out.
The One Voice Children’s Choir has grown into a unique force with international influence. They have won the Utah Best Award for several consecutive years and have received the John Lennon International Music Award. In 2014, they were invited to participate in the ninth season of America’s Got Talent, advancing to the quarterfinals. In 2015, they were invited by former President Obama to perform at the White House. Currently, the One Voice Children’s Choir’s official YouTube channel has nearly 5 million subscribers and over 1 billion views; on Bilibili, they have nearly 680,000 fans; several of their covers and collaborations have garnered tens of millions of clicks and are widely popular.
