2024-2025 Chinese Men’s Basketball Professional League (Shanghai Area): Ticketing Information
1. This event uses electronic tickets, one person per ticket, valid only on the day of the event. Children under six years old (including six years old) enter for free without occupying a seat.
2. Each mobile phone number is limited to purchasing 4 tickets per event, and each ID number is limited to 1 ticket. When purchasing tickets, the buyer must use the real name of the spectator, a valid personal ID, and a valid personal mobile phone number. After successful purchase, the buyer should keep a screenshot of the electronic ticket seat number.
3. Once sold, tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be transferred.
4. Entry is by presenting the original ID for verification. Present the original ID for pre-inspection and ticket inspection, and enter after facial recognition verification. Spectators without their original ID must pass on-site real-name verification to enter.
5. The schedule and specific start times of each game may be subject to change, and the event organizer has the final adjustment rights.
6. Adhere to the ‘2024-2025 Chinese Men’s Basketball Professional League (Shanghai Area) Spectator Guidelines’ and accept the jurisdiction of the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
Spectator Guidelines:
1. It is strictly forbidden to wear or carry clothing, flags, or signs with national flags, uncivilized, unhealthy, insulting, discriminatory, damaging national unity, political, or any content that may cause negative social impact. Any support items, including but not limited to banners, flags, signs, handheld boards, inflatable cheering sticks, etc., must be reported to the organizer in advance and approved by relevant departments before being brought into the venue. If unauthorized support items are found, security personnel have the right to keep them and they can be collected at a designated location after the event.
2. This event实行实名制身份证件比对人脸入场，观赛人应携带本人身份证件原件以备核验。
3. Spectators with passports or Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan travel permits, as well as minors without ID cards, should go through the manual service channel for verification before entering.
4. Once inside after ticket inspection on the day of the event, no re-entry is allowed if you leave. Ticket inspection stops one hour after the start of the game.
5. Consciously accept security checks; those who do not cooperate will be denied entry.
6. It is strictly forbidden to bring flammable, explosive, and hard or soft packaged drinks (such as bottled water, thermos cups, etc.), larger hard fruits and food, knives, lighters, fragile items, and various hard containers or other hard items into the venue; it is strictly forbidden to bring sharp or potentially harmful items such as bats, long sticks, long-handled umbrellas, camera and video camera stands (except for authorized personnel with permits) into the venue; it is strictly forbidden to bring unauthorized walkie-talkies, whistles, gongs, drums, horns, plastic horns, handheld electric horns, various amplification devices (including larger horns), laser devices, radio equipment, and other items into the venue.
7. Do not cross the stand railing and must not enter the competition venue. Otherwise, legal penalties will be imposed. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue. For smoking, please go to the designated outdoor smoking area.
8. Any behavior that disrupts the on-site competition order, public order, or endangers the personal safety of others, as well as any other behavior that may affect the safety of the competition and others. If on-site persuasion is ineffective, on-site security personnel have the right to persuade to leave or forcibly remove, and legal penalties will be imposed. Those who are punished for the above behaviors will be refused entry to watch the game on site.
9. The stadium strictly prohibits the entry of long-handled umbrellas. In case of rainy days, it is recommended that everyone bring raincoats or short-handled umbrellas. After the game, leave in an orderly manner without crowding and do not loiter around the stadium.
