The Shanghai Symphony Music Museum chronicles the history of symphonic music in Shanghai. The original owner of the property was Zhou Zongliang (1857-1957), a native of Ningbo and one of the four major dye magnates. Before visiting, it is advisable to do some homework and learn about Zhou Zongliang.


The museum’s architecture is distinctive, located in the core of Shanghai city within the Fuxing Historical Conservation Area, ensuring a visit that yields double benefits.


It is open all year round on Wednesdays and Fridays from 09:30 to 16:00, with specific business hours subject to the day’s opening status.
