‘The Warm Taste’: A Tale of Triumph and Transformation
The stage is set for an enthralling play titled ‘The Warm Taste,’ which boasts an impressive cast featuring Jin Dong, Liu Mintao, and Zhang Xinlin. This captivating drama unfolds in the historically rich setting of Yuandixia Village, a locale nestled along the banks of the Yellow River.
Yuandixia Village, renowned for its unique geographical advantages, has long been a prime apple production area. The story takes us back four decades to a time when the villagers, in a bold bid to escape poverty, reclaimed the barren wasteland on the plateau and planted the first batch of apples by the Yellow River. Fast forward to the present day, and we find Yuandixia Village grappling with a decline in apple production, which has led to a gradual erosion of confidence in apple farming.
Enter Sun Guangming, the first secretary, who arrives with new seedlings and cutting-edge technology. His mission is to help Yuandixia Village upgrade its cultivation industry and guide the local people towards a more prosperous future.
Performance Schedule
The play is set to run from October 11th to December 12th, with shows on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 19:30 to 21:30. Additionally, there will be a special performance on October 13th, a Sunday, from 14:30 to 16:30. Please note that the show is subject to the day’s conditions.
