This park is a long and narrow riverside street park. The design combines classical and modern architectural styles. Pavilions, corridors, plant landscapes, rivers, bridges, and modern high-rise buildings are integrated. There are two carved memorial archways and a large group sculpture ‘Farewell’ in the park, telling the vicissitudes of the city. The western-style green lawn and surrounding plants integrate the greening landscape and humanistic landscape.
