The Shekou Cruise Center, which was put into operation on October 31, 2016, is the only modern international cruise home port integrating ‘sea, land, air and rail’ in Shenzhen. It is also the cruise home port with the largest area in South China. There is a free shuttle bus between Shekou subway station and the cruise center. There is also an observation corridor on the fourth floor. The interior of the cruise ship is clean and tidy, and the signs are very clear. The feeling of taking it is comfortable and reassuring. When calling the service center, please provide the name of the lost item, the place where it was lost, and the time when it was lost to initially confirm whether there is a matching item. 2. If there is, please provide more than two proofs that can best show the characteristics of the lost item. If the characteristics match, the on-duty staff and the person on duty in charge will jointly confirm and handle the claim procedures. 3. Please go through the claim procedures with your ID card or other valid identification. When claiming, please fill in relevant information truthfully and sign on the ‘Wharf Lost and Found Processing Registration Form’. 4. For valuable items such as cash, valuable bills, mobile phones, and jewelry, when handling the claim procedures, the ID card or other valid identification of the obligee needs to be copied and saved.
