Shengquan Park is built against the mountain. By repairing the mountain wall, adjusting the plant configuration, adding flower ponds, newly planting small trees such as red maples, hibiscus, and silver-leaved acacia, retaining the wild charm of the native Miscanthus sinensis plants, creating a flower border landscape attached to the natural mountain wall. The inscription of Shengquan Park has been completed on the native stone wall, dressing its exposed mountain wall in green.
