Shengtang Scenic Area is one of the two major sections of the Lakeside New Scenic Area. It is located to the east of Huancheng West Road and Hubin Road, to the west of West Lake, to the north of Baisha Road, and to the south of Liugong Park, covering an area of about 5 hectares.
