Located in the northern part of Shenyang city, adjacent to the Beiling Park, Shenfei Aviation Expo Park is a large professional exhibition hall that systematically presents the development history of China’s fighter aircraft and aviation science knowledge. The park is divided into two parts: outdoor exhibition area and indoor exhibition area. On the outdoor site, there are real aircraft exhibits such as the J-5, Q-5, J-7, J-6III, J-8, and J-8II, as well as prototypes of the J-6 and J-6 trainer aircraft.

On the lawn to the west of the main hall, there is also a large, military-green transport plane with upper and lower wings. The main hall of the Expo Park is a four-story building, divided into two levels, and includes seven exhibition halls: the Prologue Hall, Blue Sky Dream, Aviation for the Country, Soaring High, Innovation and Beyond, Merits in the Sky, and Spreading Wings and Soaring. Inside the Prologue Hall, there is an aircraft display, and the ceiling connects with the second floor, hanging three aircraft models.

The ‘Aspiring to the Skies’ exhibition mainly shows the process of Shenfei growing from small to large, from repair to aircraft manufacturing. On the walls of the staircase from the first floor to the second floor, there are group photos of several generations of Shenfei employees working here. From the ‘Blue Sky Valiant Wind’ exhibition to the ‘World Outlook’ exhibition, it mainly displays the development of fighter aircraft in China and the application of aviation technology in other fields.

In the hall on the second floor, the most attractive are the simulated physical exhibits, including the front fuselage, cockpit, wings, horizontal tail, composite materials, figurative sculptures, ejection seats, titanium alloy structural parts, aircraft cannons, rocket launchers, various aircraft instruments, on-board equipment, and more than 20 types of aircraft models. The museum also displays exhibits such as 1:2 concept aircraft models and Wopen-6 engines, as well as exciting content like the full aircraft static strength test simulation demonstration system, the high-speed wind tunnel simulation demonstration system, the automated stereoscopic warehouse simulation demonstration, and the D-4 hovercraft simulation demonstration.

Visitors interested in aviation technology should not miss it. Operating hours are Tuesday-Sunday from 08:30 to 16:00 all year round; the museum is closed on Mondays.
