teamLab Co-creation! Future Park is an international interdisciplinary art collective that has been active since 2001.
Composed of professionals from various fields, including artists, programmers, engineers, CG animators, mathematicians, and architects, teamLab explores the intersection of art, science, technology, and nature through collaborative creation.
The collective aims to investigate the relationship between humans and the world, as well as new forms of cognition, through art. Humans habitually divide the world into parts and perceive it as something with boundaries.
teamLab seeks to explore and transcend the boundaries of our perception of the world and the continuity of time. All things in the world exist miraculously in a boundaryless continuity that accumulates over time.
Works by teamLab are collected by major art institutions worldwide, such as the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, the Art Gallery of New South Wales in Sydney, the Art Gallery of South Australia in Adelaide, the Asian Art Museum in San Francisco, the Asia Society Museum in New York, the Borusan Contemporary Art Collection in Istanbul, the National Gallery of Victoria, and the Amos Rex Museum in Helsinki.
