Shi Biao Mountain is located within Teng County, Wuzhou, and boasts magnificent and vast Danxia landform scenery, as well as a variety of colorful entertainment activities. Among the more popular scenic spots are Shi Biao Mountain Village, Daojia Beach, Si Luo River Rafting, and Gujing Gorge. The west side of the Shi Biao Mountain Scenic Area is dominated by Danxia stone scenery at Shi Biao Mountain Village, while the east side is home to Daojia Beach and Si Luo River Rafting.
The scenic area has dining and accommodation facilities. Tourists who wish to stay overnight usually start with rafting or visit Daojia Beach and Gujing Gorge, then head to Shi Biao Mountain Village early the next morning to watch the sunrise. The Si Luo River rafting is approximately 7 kilometers long and takes about 1.5 hours, which is a relatively gentle bamboo rafting experience. In the summer, visitors can also splash in the water and engage in water fights. The end of the rafting trip is the ancient Daojia post station, which still retains its antique charm. From here, one can proceed to Daojia Beach. Daojia Beach is an ideal place for walking on the sand and playing in the water, where visitors can participate in fun activities such as zip-lining and beach motorcycling. Gujing Gorge is about 2 kilometers away from the scenic area service center and is a Danxia landform gorge featuring unique pothole waterfall landscapes. Shi Biao Mountain Village has an elevation of about 296.6 meters, which is not very high. From the scenic area gate, visitors can take a sightseeing vehicle to the east gate at the foot of the mountain and then hike up to the top, taking approximately 40 minutes. The sunrise viewing platform on the mountain is a great spot to watch the sunrise and sea of clouds, and many tourists rise early to catch the sunrise.
