The Vice Minister’s Mansion is one of the twelve exhibition halls in the ‘Ancient Fishing Port City’. The Vice Minister’s Mansion tells about Yu Shiji (1354-1430), vice minister of the Ministry of Rites and the Ministry of Punishments in the Ming Dynasty. The establishment of the ‘Vice Minister’s Mansion’ in Shipu, Xiangshan is mainly to commemorate Yu Shiji’s departure from Nanguan Bridge in Shipu, Xiangshan for his mission to the West to confer titles. In the exhibition hall, there is a large combined scene of Yu Shiji’s missions to North Korea and conferring titles to Mount Fuji in Japan.
